API integrations and connectors
Keep your business systems in sync without the spreadsheet relay. We build API integrations and custom connectors with explicit rules for what happens when a request fails.
Discuss your project15 minutes. Start with one workflow.
Is this the right fit?
For teams reconciling the same customer, order, or payment record across multiple tools. We work with your existing Make, Zapier, or n8n workflows when they fit, and use custom code when permissions, volume, or business rules need it.
Example workflow
Before
Sales closes a deal in the CRM. Operations retypes it into the ERP, then checks a spreadsheet for missing orders.
After
A validated event maps the deal to an ERP order. An idempotency key prevents duplicate writes, and failed records stay available for inspection and replay.
What you get
A shared data contract
Field mapping, ownership of each field, sync direction, and conflict rules. We make explicit which system is authoritative before connecting the endpoints.
Failure handling built in
Rate limits, retries, duplicate detection, reconciliation, and a path for failed records. The design accounts for slow APIs and partial success across systems.
Code and operating instructions
The connector or integration service, tests, deployment setup, monitoring guidance, and a handover. Marketplace review, if required, is scoped separately and remains subject to the platform's approval.
Before you book
Can you use our existing n8n, Make, or Zapier setup?
Yes. If a native connector and a small workflow solve the problem, that is usually preferable to a custom service. We build custom nodes or connectors when the existing ones cannot support your required endpoints or authentication.
Can the integration run in both directions?
Yes, when the target APIs support it. Bidirectional sync needs clear ownership, conflict resolution, and loop prevention. Those rules are part of the scope, rather than assumptions left for production.
How is the project priced?
We assess the endpoints, records, transformations, data volume, and failure cases, then quote a fixed implementation scope. Vendor subscriptions and marketplace approval are separate dependencies. Changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed before work starts.
